Cleaning procedure
- Take out the material tank from the round joint and clean it separately.
- Press the wash button, it begins cleaning the roller and knife automatically, the washing lasts for two minutes for every round, and press for several times till the machine is clean completely.
- If the water pressure is too low, the knife may not be able to be cleaned completely due to lack of water, then please wash the knife by hand.
- The material tray needs to be disassembled and cleaned separately.
Notice after making ice:
- After making ice, please take out power plug, and pay attention not to get the power cord out.
- Please clean the power cord regularly to avoid poor contact.
- Make sure to turn off the water tap after making ice.
Maintenance instructions:
- When the machine is not in use, the rest raw material may go bad if placing for a long time, please do cleaning according to the raw material type, ambient temperature, time etc.
- If the machine is not in use for a long time, please clean the roller and knife, disconnect the plug and turn off the cooling tap, and place them at cool and good airing place.
Notices before assembly:
- If the machine has just been transported or moved, please don't turn on the power immediately.
- Before initial usage, the machine needs to be placed stably for eight hours at least, or the power connection will affect or even damage the machine.
Proper environment for the machine:
- When storing or using the machine, the place needs to be cool and with good airing, far from heating source.
- No heavy objects are allowed to put on the machine.
