I. Product Features

1. PTC semiconductor heating element has the advantages of uniform and stable

temperature, long life, safe and secure.

2. Double hollow glass is used, internal charge with inert gas, good insulation effect,

the outer glass is toughened glass, high strength, not easily broken, safe and

excellent.

3. PTC hot air heating technology make the heating fast and inner temperature is

uniform.

II. Unpacking And Inspection

As the heating cabinet is for seasonal use, in order to protect and store well, please

follow below instruction after your purchase.

1. Unpacking

Remove the packing tape , don't break off.

Carefully lift up the outer carton.

Remove the outer package foam and chassis.

Please save the packaging materials for future storage.

2. Inspection

Taking out the cabinet and inspect four sides glass if there is any crack or

break.

Check the door and door seal is good or not.

Plug in the power and test machine. Please noted the cabinet has no internal

power switch.
 

III. Transport And Placement

1. Should be placed in the moisture less place to prevent internal short-circuit.

2. Pull of the power plug and carefully place the cabinet glass when moving.

3. Remove the package and place the cabinet in a stable and flat place.

4. Position should be away from the heating body to avoid accelerated aging and fading. 

IV. Safety Precautions

1. Don't use water directly to clean the surface. Otherwise will cause leakage or other

serious accidents.

2. Don't share sockets with other electrical appliances to avoid wire heating or fire. 

3. Forbid to store or be closed to any flammable and explosive substances.

4. Forbid to spray paint or other flammable materials in order to avoid fire.

5. Take out the items in the cabinet when moving, to prevent the damage caused by the

drop of the items.

6. Do not put any heavy objects on the top of the cabinet.

V. Usage And Precautions

1. Preparation:

Plug the plug into the special socket.

After the operation, confirm the hot air flow inside and then put the food into.

2. Heating:

The cabinet can be used for heating coffee, canned drinks and etc. The liquid

drink with open package is not applicable.

Before heating, please clean the bottle and place evenly on the shelves.

! Don't put any with gas or carbonated drinks in the cabinet when heating. Or

the bottle may burst or explode, so the equipment will be damaged or even

cause the injury.

3.Shelf:

The shelf height can be adjusted to store the items of different height. And

please follow below sequence:

Take off the shelf.

Place the shelf support in a position where food is highly appropriate.

Put the shelf on the shelf support.

4.Use Notes: 

Prevent the heat loss, shorten the opening time and the door open not too

frequently.

Don't block up the cabinet's air inlet or outlet. Keep the air flowing to ensure

the heating function.

Appropriate gap should be separated for food, squeezed too tight will affect the

heating effect.

According to the food height to adjust the shelf, food placement do not exceed

the shelf.

If the power is failed, open the door as little as possible to avoid air leakage.

If power cord is damaged and special tools must be used, service people should

be asked to replace.
 

VI.Temperature setting and adjustment,The use of lighting, power switch

1. Temperature controller has been transferred to a suitable position before

leaving the factory. If need to be adjusted, please follow below steps:

under the working condition of the heating cabinet, long press

3 seconds to enter the temperature adjustment interface, then press

and adjust to the desired operating temperature, temperature adjustable

range is 25-60ºC.When you need to convert Fahrenheit and Celsius

temperature, long press 3 seconds to switch temperature display.

2. When you need to switch lights, can press the button

to control.

3. When you need to turn off the heating cabinet's power, can press the

power button to turn off the power.
 

! In the non business state (like the night), the temperature can be adjusted to

25ºC, without having to pull off the plug. Then transfer to the required

temperature in the business state. This can ensure the rapid recovery of the

beverage temperature and save energy consumption!

Cleaning And Maintenance

1.Notes:

For security, the plug must be pull off before cleaning.

Don't use the water to wash the cabinet surface, please use neutral

detergent (tableware detergent).

If the food oil (animal or vegetable oil) adhere in the door seal, box and

etc for a long time, these plastic parts will be easy aging and cracking.

Please foster a regular cleaning habit.

The following items will damage the plastic parts'surface, such as coating

surface, door seal and etc.

alkaline detergent,soap,grinding powder, boiling water, banana water,

acetone, toluene and most organic solvents

2. Clean cabinet outside

Use a soft cloth, which is dipped in the detergent to clean, then use the soft

dry cloth to wipe.

3. Clean cabinet inside

The shelf can be taken out and cleaned with water.

The cabinet inside can be wiped by soft dry cloth.

4. More attentions should be paid when the cabinet is useless.

Take all the food out and pull off the power plug.

The cabinet inside & outside should be clean. Wipe the water and mildew ,

open the door to keep inside totally dry.

The cabinet glass is easily broken, please do not place in the place, which

children or heavy objects may break the glass.

Pack the saved packaging materials in the opposite order when re-packing.
